Role Overview
As a Travel Operations Specialist, you'll work closely with the early-access agencies and DMCs joining Nexplore — setting up master itineraries, verifying hotel and cruise rates, and shaping how we onboard sales consultants as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
- 1Guide partner agencies through onboarding and itinerary setup as our quoting tools take shape.
- 2Verify day templates for Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Hurghada.
- 3Test new product features against real Egyptian travel itineraries.
- 4Provide friendly, expert operational support to the agencies using Nexplore.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Egyptian travel agency or DMC operations.
- Deep understanding of Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Nile cruise tariffs.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with modern web applications and spreadsheets.
